Women: Clark Recalled By Bristol City

On-loan Bristol City goalkeeper Olivia Clark has been recalled to her parent club following two months with the Golden Girls.

The Welsh number one, who has appeared in every game so far for Damon Lathrope’s Hornets in this season’s Barclays Women’s Championship, was recalled by the Women’s Super League side on Friday due to an injury in their ranks.

“Liv’s a top professional and an excellent keeper,” said Lathrope. “We’d like to thank her for her commitment and enthusiasm whilst with us, and wish her all the best back at Bristol City.”
