Watford’s Ticketing and Supporter Services Office is located underneath the Rookery Stand at Vicarage Road Stadium.
Our Supporter Services team can be contacted by emailing email@example.com, an address closely monitored during office hours, 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. During this time, they can be telephoned on 01923 223023, while personal callers will be served at the accessible information window. Fans can also message the Supporter Services team via Facebook and Twitter on @WatfordFCHelp.
On home matchdays, the main office will be open from at least four hours prior to kick-off until the game starts. After this time personal callers can head to the Ticket Collection Office, located slightly further along from the main office, which is open from at least three hours before kick-off through until the second half begins. There are also Ticket and Information Points located at the top of Occupation Road, opposite The Hornets Shop and adjacent to turnstiles 1-11 on Vicarage Road next to Watford General Hospital which are open from three hours prior to kick-off until the match starts.
For away matchdays, any on-the-day away match ticket enquires should be directed to the host club’s Ticket Office. They’ll be able to contact a member of the Supporter Services team for assistance.
