Away Tickets: Brighton & Hove Albion

Tickets for Watford's trip to Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League on Saturday August 21 (5.30pm KO) will go on sale to supporters in Away Group A at 12noon on Tuesday (August 3).

Tickets are available from tickets.watfordfc.com, over the phone at 01923 223023 and in-person at the Ticketing & Supporter Services Office at Vicarage Road.

NFC Mobile Tickets

Brighton & Hove Albion are issuing all tickets for this fixture as NFC Mobile Tickets.

Once sales are finalised during the week beginning August 16, supporters who have purchased tickets for this game will receive an email from the Watford FC Supporter Services team.

This message will contain a link to download your NFC Mobile Ticket to your device. If you access the received message on the device you wish to store your NFC Mobile Ticket on, the ticket will download directly into the digital wallet platform on your device.

Multiple tickets can be stored on the same device by accessing the relevant email on the desired device and downloading that link directly to the associated digital wallet platform.

Once downloaded, NFC Mobile Tickets will sit in the digital wallet platform associated with your operating system. For iPhone users this is Apple Wallet and for those with Android / Google phones it will be Google Pay. This may have to be downloaded to your device from your digital distribution service.

Please be aware that Google Pay is a digital wallet platform with the option to be used as an online payment system, as such, it is not necessary to have a payment card assigned to make use of Google Pay.

Members of the Watford FC Supporter Services team will be on site at the Amex Stadium to offer any necessary assistance to supporters at the turnstiles.

Downloading Brighton & Hove Albion NFC Mobile Tickets (Android Instructions):

  • Ensure Google Pay is downloaded to your device and is set as your default payment option.
  • View the received email on your Android device.
  • Select the link within the email.
  • When prompted, select 'Open App'.
  • Your pass is now added to Google Pay. Tap on the pass to open it.

Downloading Brighton & Hove Albion NFC Mobile Tickets (iOS Instructions):

  • View the received email on your iOS device.
  • Select the link within the email.
  • On the screen that opens, click 'Next', and then choose 'Automatically Select' followed by 'Done'.
  • Your pass is now downloaded to your Apple Wallet. Tap on the pass to open it.

Wheelchair & Ambulant Disabled

Wheelchair and ambulant disabled tickets are available, with a free Personal Assistant if required.

Our new ticketing system allows supporters to purchase these tickets at tickets.watfordfc.com, as well as over the phone on 01923 223023 and in-person at the Supporter Services and Ticketing Office.

If you believe you should be eligible for a wheelchair/ambulant disabled space but are not able to access these seats online, please email supporters@watfordfc.com.

Designated Seating Area

Supporters wishing to purchase tickets within the designated seating area, an area of seating for supporters who wish to remain seated during the game, should make their purchase by calling 01923 223023 when sales are available to their sales group.

Under-18s

Supporters aged under 14 cannot attend without an adult (over 18) accompanying them. Supporters aged under 18 but over 14 wishing to attend without an adult must complete consent form HERE and return it to the Supporter Services team at supporters@watfordfc.com.

Coach Travel

The departure point for away travel has changed. This season coaches will be leaving from Occupation Road.

Coaches for our trip to Brighton & Hove Albion will depart from Occupation Road at 1pm. Coach travel is £14.

Key Messaging

  • Please do not attend the match if you have tested positive for COVID-19 and not completed your isolation period.
  • Please do not attend the match if you are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms or have been told to self-isolate.
  • Brighton & Hove Albion recommends to observe social distancing wherever possible.
  • Maintain good hand hygiene – wash and sanitise your hands regularly and always before eating or drinking.
  • Always cover your mouth and nose when you cough and sneeze with the inside of your elbow.
  • You are encouraged to download the NHS Track and Trace App and scan the Amex Stadium's QR code upon entering the Ground.
  • Brighton & Hove Albion recommends that you wear a face covering whilst inside the Amex Stadium, and when queuing and/or in congested areas both inside the Amex Stadium and within the grounds.
  • Plan your travel in advance – if you choose to use public transport please make sure you are complying with the transport provider’s policy on wearing a face covering, if applicable.
  • Ensure your ticket is loaded on to your Smart Device and can be displayed.
  • Be aware that your temperature may be taken on entry to the Amex Stadium and you may be refused entry if your temperature is 37.8 degrees or higher.
  • You must sit in your designated seat only.
  • Be aware that all payments in the Amex Stadium are cashless. We encourage contactless payments where possible.
  • Please follow all queuing signage when waiting at food and beverage concessions.
  • Brighton & Hove Albion recommends you avoid hugs, handshakes and high-fives and any other close contact with other people.
  • Please strictly follow all signage and all instructions given by club staff and stewards.
  • Please be aware that no bags larger than a sheet of A4 (21cmx21cmx30cm) will be permitted or stored in the Amex Stadium.
  • At the end of the match, please consider staying in your seat for as long as possible to enjoy the any post-match entertainment and allow the crowds to disburse.
  • You should not approach players at any time. Players are not permitted to sign autographs or pose for photos.
  • You must comply with Government, NHS and Public Health England rules, restrictions and guidelines applicable to you at all times when at the Amex Stadium.
  • Be aware that you must comply in full with Brighton and Hove Albion’s COVID-19 Spectator Code of Conduct (Click here to read). Understand that any breaches to this code of conduct will result in a Brighton & Hove Albion sanction which may include an exclusion from the Amex Stadium and a possible future Stadium ban.
