Tom Cleverley shared optimism about the recovery time of Giorgi Chakvetadze who was forced off with injury at half-time following a heavy challenge last weekend against Coventry City.
“It’s not as bad as perhaps we all first feared,” explained the Hornets’ Interim Head Coach.
“There’s a lot of pain around right now with some bruising to the ankle but we’re hopeful Giorgi will be back with us sooner rather than later.”
Meanwhile, both Jeremy Ngakia (knee ligaments) and Ken Sema (hamstring) remain under the care of the Watford medical team.
