Wesley Hoedt v Hull City - December 2
Centre-back Wesley Hoedt sealed our 2-1 victory at the MKM Stadium in sensational fashion in the 74th minute.
The Dutchman dispossessed Liam Delap and, after spotting that keeper Ryan Allsop was off his line, audaciously lobbed him from around 40 yards.
Edo Kayembe v Preston North End - December 16
Edo Kayembe grabbed the crucial third as the Hornets ran riot with a 5-1 victory at Deepdale.
The Congolese midfielder increased the cushion in the 53rd minute with a rifled finish from outside the box, which flew past Preston keeper Freddie Woodman and into the bottom corner.
Vakoun Bayo v Preston North End - December 16
Vakoun Bayo scored his second of the game - and the Hornets' fourth - in the 71st minute of the 5-1 win over Preston.
A superb Edo Kayembe through ball dissected four Preston players and the Ivorian forward, making his return to the side, made no mistake by steering the ball into the net.
Ismaël Koné v Preston North End - December 16
Ismaël Koné sealed the 5-1 success at Preston with the final goal in the 77th minute.
The Canadian midfielder drove forward on a swift counter-attack and after a neat one-two with Vakoun Bayo, fired home an emphatic finish from just outside the box for his second goal of the season.
Michelle Agyemang v London City Lionesses - December 17
Michelle Agyemang's second of the game on her home debut put Watford FC Women two to the good inside five minutes against London City Lionesses.
The dual-registered Arsenal striker finished at the second attempt after an excellent turn and through ball from fellow Gunner Laila Harbert.
Giorgi Chakvetadze v Bristol City – December 26
Giorgi Chakvetadze scored his first Watford goal in the 46th minute on Boxing Day, shortly after being introduced from the bench.
The Georgian midfielder drove a smart finish underneath keeper Max O’Leary after latching onto Yáser Asprilla’s through ball.
