Read what the Nigerian attacker had to say below...

On hopes for the season:

As a goal, we want to get back to the Premier League. The group is so good. They are very young, humble and respectful players. They are very energetic, fun and they are working hard since I’ve come. We have to focus on the main goal, the club wants to be back at the top level. I am happy to be back here so I’m just going to help in every way possible.

The manager is a very good person, and he has good mentality about working hard. I have been here for a week now and I’m really enjoying it. The group is trying to work hard and achieve the goal.

On his second debut against Southampton:

I am happy to be back playing football, I want to be back and ready as quickly as I can to help the team and the club that I hold so close to my heart. I was so tired after five minutes but slowly I will be back at the level. I am working very hard and it’s always been a great atmosphere here, the staff, everybody. I love it here, it’s like family. You will see when I’m back. It doesn’t hide. It’s not going to take long.

On being a different person to his previous spell at Watford:

Right now, I am older, more matured and a different person than I was before. That’s life, you grow every day and learn different things. I have learnt a lot and it has helped me become a better person and a better football player. I have a different mentality, I'm more humble, more hardworking, and better at listening. When you’re young you make a lot of mistakes, but you learn from them. I am a dad as well now, so that makes me a different person.

On Watford's current style of play:

I like the style of play. The last game I was sitting on the bench watching, I was so excited.

They play so well, you see the energy, they were happy playing. I will train and wherever the manager wants to put me, I will play. I just want to be on the pitch and help my team. I will only struggle if I’m put in goal!
