Junior Gyamfi joined the Hornets’ Academy in September 2023 on a one-year deal with an option for a further year.
The midfielder, who hails from Germany, made his professional debut for Milton Keynes Dons in an EFL Trophy defeat to Cheltenham Town in August 2022, before heading out on loan to Bedford Town.
He continued his development with a loan spell at National League side Hemel Hempstead Town in March 2024.
