Profile

Having risen through the ranks since joining in 2018, Michael Adu-Poku signed a two-year professional deal with the option for a further year in July 2023.

He had previously become a scholar in the summer of 2022.

A regular for the Under-18 side, the forward has also made appearances for the Under-21s.

During the 2022/23 season, Adu-Poku started against Reading in the Emirates FA Cup third round and made an appearance off the bench against Rotherham United in the Sky Bet Championship.

Adu-Poku joined Southern League Division One Central side Kings Langley on a short loan in February 2024.

In March 2024, he went out on loan to National League South side Maidstone United until the end of the season.

His spell with the club saw him score after just 58 seconds of the Kent Senior Cup final, with Maidstone going on to beat Ebbsfleet United 4-0.
