Lower GT Stand
The club's final tranche of accessibility improvement works being made this summer will once again require LGT Stand Season Ticket holders to relocate; specifically in Blocks LGT3 & LGT4. Supporters will be contacted directly about this matter, with an exclusive Seat Movement Window provided for further assistance, open once all renewals have been processed.

Rookery Stand – ‘The Singing Stand’
From 2018/19 onwards, the push to maximise the colourful and vocal support for the team continues with the designation of the whole of the Rookery Stand as the one which gives a lead to the rest of the ground in terms of singing and atmosphere generation. We are fully supportive of the players and coaching staff, who continue to reference the importance of a positive and vibrant atmosphere at our home games.
There is no requirement for mandatory relocation as a result of this notice, however supporters sitting in the Rookery Stand should be aware that there are likely to be significantly longer periods of standing and singing than in the other stands inside Vicarage Road Stadium.
Season Ticket holders who wish to consider relocating as a result of this designation will be able to call through to speak with the Ticket Office during the General Seat Movement Window in early-mid June. There would be no additional charge applicable in 2018/19 for any supporters wishing to relocate to a higher-priced stand.

Family Stand
To enable more family groups to enjoy live Premier League football with us here at Vicarage Road, there will be a cap of 1,750 Season Tickets sold in the Family Stand, meaning around 500 seats can be made available for match-to-match sale.

Matchday ticket prices in this stand will be reduced to £30 adults and £5 for young supporters aged 18 & Under, and a dedicated Family Stand ticket hotline number created and promoted for 2018/19 onwards.
The renewing of Family Stand Season Tickets will be restored to an online environment this year, however please note that the club's Ticket Office team may contact those whose Season Tickets have been used very infrequently during the current 2017/18 campaign, to discuss whether match-to-match purchasing may be a more appropriate solution going forwards.

Accessible Areas
Renewing of Season Tickets for both wheelchair and ambulant/easy access seating across the stadium will be available online. Those who would prefer to speak to us about their renewal are welcome to contact the Ticket Office or Dave Messenger, the club’s Supporter Liaison and Disability Access Officer, to discuss their specific requirements.

Ticket Exchange
A reminder to service users that any credits earned from the re-sale of your Season Ticket seat (April 2017 to March 2018 inclusive) will be applied automatically when you renew online. These credits are not valid for application via any other method of payment

Thank You
We offer our grateful thanks for your continued support and look forward to serving you during the Season Ticket renewals process.
