"Hopefully There's More To Come!" - Pereyra On Scoring & Leicester Win

Roberto Pereyra struck his second goal for the Hornets in yesterday's 2-1 win over reigning Premier League champions Leicester City, and it was certainly a strike to remember.

Pereyra curled home a sublime effort in the 12th minute to back up Étienne Capoue's first-minute goal, with a Riyad Mahrez penalty after 15 minutes the only goal of the game for the visitors.

After the match, Pereyra spoke to watfordfc.com about his goal and the importance of yesterday's three points.

"I’m very happy for my goal, but I’m happy for the team that we got the three points," he said.

"I’m happy for the goal but what’s important for us is the three points, and hopefully we’re going to do better and better.

"The team is important and the three points, not myself."
