If you’re the lead contact for a ST Waiting List online form, then – subject to availability – you’ll be getting a call between Monday June 25 and Friday June 29 to discuss the people you’d like to become fellow Season Ticket holders.
This process of outgoing phone calls begins on Monday and will be prioritised by Home Match Ticket Priority Groups (A to C) of the Fan IDs entered (NOT the lead contact), followed by the earliest date and time of form completion.
The sale of new Season Tickets is at all times subject to availability and at the discretion of the club’s Ticket Office team.
If you've not received a call by the end of the week, Friday June 29, 5pm, you will remain on the Waiting List and will be considered for future Season Ticket sales.
Voicemail messages will be left, where possible, when an unanswered call is made. The missed call will read from the club’s ticket office line 01923 223023. If you miss a call, please call the 223023 number back and the Ticket Office will run checks to confirm the outbound call took place before discussing your season ticket purchase.
Please note that, for the duration of sales of new Season Tickets, any other queries should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

ST Waiting List phone calls can take some time, so please bear this in mind if trying to contact the Ticket Office at peak times. We will commit all trained and available Ticket Office resource to serve you as efficiently as we can.
Season Cards – New & Existing
The ticketing system is now being rolled into the new season; it’s a cycle which begins the process of identifying all renewers who have moved seats or changed status/category in any other way.
This can be age-based (moving from Adult to 65 & Over), category-based or if you have moved seat.
Any such changes will generate the requirement for a new Season Card to be printed and dispatched.
Where nothing has changed (e.g. an Adult renewal in the same seat), then Season Ticket holders should continue to use the same Season Card as they were using during 2017/18.
Please note: if one member in your booking has altered any of the above, this will generate cards for other season ticket purchases in that reference.
You can expect new Season Cards to arrive before the end of July, ahead of the Premier League fixture list beginning on the weekend of Saturday August 11 (exact date known after first round of live TV selections).
