Jerome Sinclair scored two headers in the second half against Scunthorpe - one in each bottom corner - as Oxford United claimed a vital win in League One.
Sinclair - who had yet to score for the Us until the weekend - showed good awareness in the box to position himself well in-between the Irons' defenders in the 65th and 80th minutes, heading home two good crosses to put his new side 2-0 up. That second goal would prove vital, too, as Oxford conceded late on, but held firm to run out 2-1 winners.
