On behalf of all players, staff and officials here at Watford FC, we're delighted to offer 'Secure Your Seat' holders the chance to renew your Vicarage Road vows with a Season Ticket purchase ahead of the forthcoming 2021/22 Premier League campaign.
SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS
All prices have been frozen from the 2019/20 season, the last time Season Tickets were available to buy. Please click HERE to download a table of prices.
The same single 'Phase 1' price will be offered to ALL 'Secure Your Seat' buyers, regardless of whether Season Tickets for 2019/20 where purchased in Phase 1 or Phase 2.
Your £20 deposit has been marked on our ticketing system so that your Season Ticket tenure includes the 2020/21 campaign, thus all such records will show as unbroken despite COVID restrictions.
Any credit held from the end of 2019/20 - plus your refundable £20 deposit - will be applied against the cost of renewals. System constraints mean group bookings must be processed individually in order for the credit to be applied within the transaction. We thank you for your patience in advance for the inconvenience of having to make several individual transactions. Rest assured ticketing system enhancements are underway to prevent any need for this to happen again.
For the first time, a 12-month rolling paperless Direct Debit (DD) facility will be available to all supporters. We will no longer be able to accept paper DD instructions. All DD applications must be completed online.
The option to pay the full renewal price by card online or by cash at the window of the Vicarage Road Ticket Office will also be available.
The renewal window opened MONDAY MAY 17 at 9am and will remain open until 11.59pm on SUNDAY MAY 23. Please log in to your online ticketing account HERE.

In-person sales will be possible between Monday May 17 - Sunday May 23, during the times listed below.
- Monday - Friday: 9am-7pm
- Saturday - Sunday: 10am-4pm
Credits
Credits held over from the 2019/20 season plus your £20 refundable deposit will now show in your online ticketing account.
The full Season Ticket price will show throughout the purchasing process and your credit will be applied at the final point of purchase.
Depending on how the original 2019/20 Season Ticket purchase was made, credits may show against the 2019/20 lead booker or the Fan ID assigned to the Season Ticket. All 'Secure Your Seat' credits will show against the lead booker.
Supporters wishing to apply credits from multiple Fan IDs will have to process each purchase separately, as system constraints do not allow credits to be used for more than one Fan ID in a transaction.
You will be able to purchase Season Tickets in a group booking again for future seasons.
Seat Move
If you wish to move your Season Ticket seat(s), please renew your existing seat in the first instance.
Once the renewals deadline has passed, there will be a systems access shutdown to allow for the processing and migration of data.
Our Supporter Services Team expects to be able to offer a 'Seat Move Window' to renewers in early July - further details of which will follow in due course.
Stadium Entry
To enable safe and secure access to Vicarage Road, a new method of stadium entry via your mobile device (different to the one used for limited-capacity fixtures in December 2020) has been introduced.
Season Tickets will be issued as NFC (Near-Field Communication Technology - like contactless payment) mobile tickets, allowing you access to the stadium through the use of your smartphone or smartwatch. Existing season cards will become invalid.

The NFC mobile ticket will appear on your device later this summer and will be accessible via the official Watford FC app.

COVID-19
Please be assured that, while we are planning for a full stadium for the first Premier League fixture onwards, the safety and wellbeing of our supporters is paramount. We will communicate any requirements for stadium entry as appropriate.
Not Comfortable With Committing To A Return?
We are conscious that some of our older supporters and those who have been shielding for medical reasons during the pandemic may feel uncomfortable with committing to returning in August.

Accessible Areas
Renewing of Season Tickets for both wheelchair and ambulant / easy access seating across the stadium will be available online.
