Fixtures: Crystal Palace Rescheduled

By: Watford FC Staff

Watford’s home Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace has been rescheduled for Wednesday February 23 at 7.30pm GMT.

The original Vicarage Road fixture, which was due to be played on Saturday December 18, was postponed due to Covid-19.

A new date for the Wolves away match – also postponed in December – will be confirmed in due course.

All match tickets and car parking passes purchased for the original date of the Crystal Palace match remain valid for the new date.

Fans also have the option of a refund. This can be held as credit within supporters’ ticketing accounts, ready for a future ticket purchase, or be credited back to the credit/debit card used to pay for the transaction (refunds take up to five working days to show in accounts).

To indicate your preference, please email supporters@watfordfc.com stating ‘Palace Refund’ in the email subject line, stating your Fan ID number, seat details and whether you’d prefer credit held on ticketing account or card refund.

Those who have bought tickets with cash should contact the Supporter Services Team, using the email address above or by phoning 01923 223023, to discuss refund options.

See ticket information for the rescheduled fixture below.

Are You Match Ready?

In line with the latest Government guidance, Covid passes will no longer be enforced as a condition of entry to a Premier League match. We continue to urge supporters to follow public health guidance to keep each other safe on a matchday, including wearing face coverings when indoors or in crowded areas.

As Covid-19 restrictions ease, it is vital supporters continue to do all they can to minimise the risk of passing on Covid-19. There are some simple ways supporters can help keep each other safe on a matchday:

  • Be responsible and do not travel if you have Covid-19 symptoms
  • Wear face coverings in indoor and crowded areas
  • Continue to regularly wash your hands
  • If possible, take a Covid-19 test on a matchday to check there is no risk of passing on the virus
  • The best way to protect yourself and others from Covid-19 is to get vaccinated

All tickets this season will be issued as NFC (Near Field Communication) Mobile Tickets.
