Junior Hornets

As part of the Junior Hornets refresh, the away trip to Southampton has been selected as our first Junior Hornets Away Day, which will become a regular occurrence.

Match tickets and coach travel for Junior Hornets members are being subsidised by the club meaning a match ticket within the designated Junior Hornets seating area will cost just £5, while travel on the Junior Hornets coach is also capped at £5.

We’ll be joined by newly-installed Junior Hornets patron, Ann Swanson, for this inaugural away day. Ann was the original Junior Hornets co-ordinator when the club for young supporters was initially launched back in the 1980s, and the Junior Hornets away match trips she ran are fondly remembered by a whole generation of Watford supporters.

On board the Junior Hornets coach there’ll be quizzes, puzzles and games, as well as some special giveaways during the journey down to Southampton.

Junior Hornets match ticket and coach travel sales will be available from 12pm on Monday February 14 - there is no need to wait for your respective sales group. Junior Hornets Away Day bookings can be made by phone or in-person only. Please either call us on 01923 223023, or visit the Supporter Services & Ticketing Office at Vicarage Road.

Junior Hornets aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult for both coach travel and when attending the match. Those aged 14 and 15 wanting to travel and/or attend without an adult must complete a consent form, these can be found HERE. Completed forms should be returned, via email, to
