Team News: Watford v Brighton

By: Watford FC Staff

Watford manager Roy Hodgson has no fresh injury concerns following Tuesday night’s narrow 1-0 defeat at West Ham United.

Midfielder Peter Etebo continues to edge towards a return to match action following a quad injury sustained against Newcastle United in September.

The 26-year-old is meeting with his surgeon in Finland later today (February 10), and hopes to return to England tonight and resume training with the team tomorrow.

Elsewhere, goalkeeper Rob Elliot is fit and available after nursing a minor injury, and young forward Kwadwo Baah (foot) has returned to full training following a three-month spell on the sidelines.

Long-term absentee Nicolas Nkoulou is progressing well in his recovery from a hamstring problem, with the defender continuing his rehab work at the London Colney training ground.
