Watford FC is pleased to confirm the signing of highly-rated young goalkeeper Vincent Angelini.
The stopper joins, subject to international clearance, on a two-year deal with the option of a further year.
The towering 17-year-old, who recently left Scottish giants Celtic, will join up with Omer Riza’s Under-23s squad in the Hornets' Academy.
Angelini has impressed at youth level and won Goalkeeper of the Tournament at the Marc Overmars Tournament in 2017, where Celtic triumphed over stiff European competition.
The glovesman holds Italian and Scottish citizenship, and was highly sought-after before his move to Vicarage Road.
