Adalberto Peñaranda’s Watford FC contract has been terminated by mutual consent, the club confirms.
The Venezuela international had been on the Hornets’ books since February 2016 and scored two goals in four appearances across all competitions, with both of his strikes coming in the Carabao Cup.
The latest of six separate loan spells away from Vicarage Road saw Peñaranda spend the 2021/22 season at Las Palmas, where he featured 18 times in the Spanish second-tier.
Watford FC thanks Adalberto for his service, and wishes him well for his next opportunity.
