Watford FC is pleased to secure the signature of highly-rated young forward Jorge Cabezas Hurtado from Colombian outfit CD Real Cartagena, on a contract that will begin in the summer of 2023 and run until 2029.
The exciting striker netted four goals in 10 games for Real in the 2022 Torneo Dimayor II, the second-tier of Colombian football.
Representing his nation in the Under-19 Maurice Revello Tournament in June, Hurtado found the target against Japan and scored a penalty in their shoot-out win over Comoros.
