Young goalkeeper Vincent Angelini has completed a permanent transfer to Brentford B, Watford FC confirms.
The 19-year-old joined the Hornets in July 2021 following his departure from Scottish giants Celtic, and went on to feature on the bench three times for the first-team during the 2021/22 Premier League campaign, against Brentford, West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur.
A regular part of the senior set-up at the London Colney training ground, Angelini also assumed a leadership role for the Under-21s during his time with the club, captaining Omer Riza’s side on a handful of occasions this season.
