The club also confirms seven academy players have been offered new professional contracts.
One-year deals have been tabled for midfielders Dan Phillips, Kamil Conteh and Bosun Lawal, forwards Dom Hutchinson and JJ McKiernan, and goalkeepers Dante Baptiste and Adam Parkes.
Meanwhile, Kane Crichlow has seen the option of a one-year extension to his contract exercised, the attacker having signed an initial two-year deal in the summer of 2019.
Defenders Jack Broome, Jack Burchell and Andi Janjeva, as well as midfielder Jordan Harrison, will all continue their development as third-year scholars in the academy.
A further 18 academy players remain under contract until next summer: Ryan Andrews, Shaq Forde, Will Hall, Damani Hunter, Adian Manning, Alfie Marriott, Freddie Moriarty, Enoch Muwonge, Ben Smith, Tiago Cukur, George Langston, Sonny Blu Lo-Everton, Derek Agyakwa, Maurizio Pochettino, Myles Roberts, Ryan Cassidy, Joseph Hungbo, Henry Wise.
The following 13 players will leave the club: Mac Chisholm, Thomas Horsewood, Max Thompson, Phoenix Patterson, Bayli Spencer-Adams, Maxwell Statham, Mason Barrett, Sam Dalby, Harry Forster, Teddy Perkins, Toby Stevenson, Mitchel Bergkamp and Henry Ochieng.
