  • Carrow Road (Behind Closed Doors)
  • Tuesday April 20, 6pm BST

Norwich City were promoted back to the Premier League on Saturday, despite losing 3-1 to Bournemouth. This was the Canaries' first loss since February 5, and Daniel Farke's team have only lost back-to-back games once this season, against Bournemouth and Derby in September and October. Teemu Pukki is top scorer with 25 goals, while Emiliano Buendía has been directly involved in 28 (13 goals, 15 assists).

  • Watford are looking to win four consecutive league games against Norwich for the first time.
  • Norwich have guaranteed their promotion to the Premier League and 2020/21 is the fifth season they have won promotion to the division since it began in 1992, matching West Brom's record.
  • Watford are looking to avoid suffering back-to-back Championship defeats for the first time since November 2014.
  • Norwich have attempted more shots (656) and averaged more possession (60.1%) than any other side in the Championship this season.
  • Watford have conceded fewer away goals than any other side in the Championship this season, letting in just 16 goals in 21 games.

There will be late decisions over the involvement of Nathaniel Chalobah (Achilles), Adam Masina (hip) and Jeremy Ngakia – who picked up a minor knock in training very late last week that kept him out of the Luton matchday squad. Kiko Femenía will serve a one-game suspension after his sending off for a second yellow card, while Troy Deeney (Achilles) and Tom Dele-Bashiru (ACL) continue their rehabilitations from long-term injuries.

Xisco Muñoz, Watford Head Coach:

“We will play against the best team in the Championship. They have very good players and it will be a perfect game for us. We will need a good performance and with the same style and work we have shown before. I also want to say congratulations to Norwich as I know how difficult it is to do what they have done. They have worked so hard and I wish them all the best...after our game of course!”
