An exciting opportunity has become available to lead Women’s football at Watford FC. We are looking to recruit a General Manager to lead a progressive and forward-thinking operation at a key time in its development – with the club having just been awarded a place in The FA Women’s Championship division.
You will play a key role in driving a forward-thinking team responsible for providing strategy and guidance to all aspects of the club’s women’s football operations.
The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, be enthusiastic, hardworking, and be flexible to the requirements of the position and the business.
Applicants should ideally live local to Watford or the surrounding areas and be a UK resident or non-UK resident with a valid UK work permit and ideally have experience working within a similar role.
