Watford FC youngster Damani Hunter has joined Isthmian League North Division side Grays Athletic on loan until the end of April, the club confirms.
The 18-year-old forward signed for the Hornets back in 2018, and has so far enjoyed a productive 2022/23 season that saw him feature on the bench during the first-team’s Emirates FA Cup defeat at Reading in January.
While also being a regular for Omer Riza’s Under-21 side, Hunter has spent time at National League South outfit Braintree Town this campaign, and he will now continue his development at Parkside.
Meanwhile, Under-18 midfielder Ethan Goulding has linked up with Oxhey Jets in the Combined Counties League Premier Division North on a work experience loan, also until the end of April.
The second-year scholar has been with Watford since 2013, and made his debut for the Jets in a 1-1 draw at Burnham on Saturday (February 18).
Go well, lads!
