Watford FC confirms that defender James Clarridge has joined the club's academy from Nottingham Forest.
The 19-year-old centre-back, who signed a professional contract with the Reds in 2021 after 10 years on their books, has agreed a deal at Vicarage Road until June 2025.
Clarridge is an England youth international at Under-15 and Under-17 level and has regularly played for Forest's Under-18 and Under-21 sides.
In September 2023, he came off the bench as the East Midlands club's Under-21s travelled to Sky Bet League Two side Harrogate Town in the Football League Trophy.
