Accessibility | Season Ticket Relocation
As has been detailed in previous communication and notices, the Hornets are respectfully reminding some Season Ticket holders that they will be allocated a new location for their ST seat, due to it falling within an area of the stadium where accessibility improvement works are taking place.
Emails have been sent to those affected detailing their new seating positions.
Should you wish to discuss alternative options with regards to your seat relocation, be this in the same tier of the same stand or maybe somewhere else entirely within the stadium, you are welcome to contact us during an Exclusive Seat Movement Window for those being forced to relocate.
This window opens on Thursday June 1 and closes on Monday June 5. The exact timings are as follows:
Thursday June 1, 9am-5.30pm
Friday June 2, 9am-5.30pm
Saturday June 3, 10am-4pm
Sunday June 4 CLOSED
Monday June 5, 9am-5.30pm
Please call 01923 223023 or visit the Vicarage Road Ticket Office in person. Given the nature of the enquiries, relocation requests cannot be conducted via email or via the web.
Please be advised that we expect Thursday June 1 to be especially busy with enquiries and it may take some time for our specialist Ticket Office team to serve you.
Given the circumstances of any move, no relocation admin charge will apply throughout the Exclusive Seat Movement Window. In addition, if you move into a different stand (notably the Sir Elton John Stand and Upper Graham Taylor Stand), you will be able to do so at no extra cost for the 2017/18 season. If you wish to renew in this same seat for the 2018/19 season, you will be expected to pay the relevant renewal amount.
After the exclusive period, there will then be a General Seat Movement Window, running between June 7 and June 9, to allow other Season Ticket holders the chance to explore relocation options should they so wish (one-off £10 admin charge applies).
If you require any further information, please call 01923 223023 between now and the end of Wednesday May 31.
The club would like to thank supporters for their understanding in this matter.
