ST Renewals 2019/20: Phase Two Now Open

Phase Two of Season Ticket renewals is now open - for those who purchased a Season Ticket after the Hornets were promoted to the Premier League (any season from 2015/16 season onwards).

Phase Two supporters can renew online via tickets.watfordfc.com, over the phone on 01923 223023, or in-person at the Vicarage Road Ticket Office.

Phase One Update

Supporters in Phase One who have not yet renewed can still secure their 2019/20 Season Ticket. To redeem at the Phase One price you will have to contact the Ticket Office on 01923 223023 or come in person.

Phase One renewers can still opt to pay via Direct Debit – Direct Debit details need to be handed into the Ticket Office by 5.30pm on Friday May 10. If we have not received them by this time there is no guarantee you will be able to pay via Direct Debit.

As always, Ticket Exchange monies accrued cannot be deducted off of a Direct Debit renewal or cash/cheque payment – only redeemable when renewing online via your ticketing account when paying in full (via credit/debit card)

All renewals will close at 5.30pm on May 14 (one day after official closing for any late renewers). After this time, we cannot guarantee your 2019/20 Season Ticket purchase.

Watford FC is pleased to offer its valued Season Ticket holders the chance to renew Vicarage Road vows ahead of the forthcoming 2019/20 campaign.

Season Ticket prices are all subject to an increase of between two and four-and-a-half per cent, with prices accessible for viewing right away.

Accessible Areas

Renewing of Season Tickets for both wheelchair and ambulant/easy access accommodation across the stadium will be available to renew online. Should supporters prefer to speak to us about their renewal, Dave Messenger – the club’s Disability Access Officer – can be contacted directly on 01923 496397 or dave.messenger@watfordfc.com.

Ticket Exchange

This service is no longer being offered, and those supporters with remaining TX-related balances will be receiving separate communication as to how they can ensure any credit balance can be used.

WHAT’S NEW FOR 2019/20?

Direct Debit E-Renewal (Available For Supporters In Phase One Only)

Among the new features available from Watford FC’s Ticket Office is the ability to roll on Direct Debit arrangements for those who currently pay by this method.

Direct Debit details need to be handed into the Ticket Office by 5.30pm on Friday May 10. If we have not received it by this time there is no guarantee you will be able to pay via Direct Debit.

1881 Section

The club wishes to give notice that seats contained within the Rookery Stand Block RS2 Rows G-X Seats 77-104 inclusive (total 476 seats) will be deemed as being within the ‘1881 Section’ of the stadium from the 2019/20 season onwards.

Supporters who wish to relocate to this 1881 Section should renew in their current seat and then indicate their preference for this move by emailing ticket.office@watfordfc.com (using subject line Singing Section).

Supporters who currently sit within the block of seats above but do not wish to be part of the Singing Section should renew as normal in their current seats. The Ticket Office team will be calling out to all Season Ticket holders within the 476 seats to confirm if they wish to remain where they are. If they do not, first priority for alternative accommodation will be given (and any extra charge for higher-priced stands which would normally apply would be waived on a one-off basis).

‘No-Shows’

Having made mention of the matter of Season Ticket holders not coming to home fixtures in recent years’ Terms & Conditions, analysis of attendance data from recent years has helped us reach the position where we will – from Season Ticket renewals in Spring 2020 – reserve the right to refuse renewals to those supporters who most regularly don’t attend AND don’t advise us of their non-attendance.

Exact details of how this will be managed during 2019/20 will be communicated to Season Ticket renewers after the renewals windows close.

THANK YOU

We offer our grateful thanks in advance for your continued loyal support, both for the rest of this season and looking forward to an exciting time ahead in 2019/20!
