We'll be here all afternoon with updates as Marco Silva's men look to get back to winning ways. Stay tuned for team news, and live commentary from around 2.30pm.

6:00 PM

“We gave a great answer with our performance today” - Silva

Marco Silva spoke to the broadcast media after his side's Boxing Day victory:

"We showed big personality after we go one goal behind.

"The last results made our players a little bit uncomfortable, but we showed a very strong mentality today.

"It was an important moment for the first goal, but we had clear chances either side of the goal.

"We deserved to win because of the personality we showed. All the games are good moments to take points.

"We gave a great answer with our performance today."

5:30 PM

“We reacted very well” -Doucouré

Abdoulaye Doucouré, who looks like he's had his goal taken off him, reflected on the game right after the final whistle:

"It was a good game, I'm very happy and I think we deserved to win.

"We reacted very well and scored before half time. We had a strong second half.

"I did try to shoot, and it went inside, so I'm happy. I saw the keeper make a gap at the post and went for it. When I saw Schmeichel come out a bit I just tried it.

"I haven't seen the replays, but bigger is the win for Watford."

5:20 PM

“We gave our all” - Gomes

Watford's no.1 Heurelho Gomes spoke to BBC Match of the Day after securing three hard-fought points against Leicester City:

"It's a relief, we gave our all today. We didn't recognise our team in the last game, sometimes it's about the attitude not the quality.

"I felt we wanted to play as quick as possible to forget the last games. We can't change the results but can change the situation and I felt the players were ready.

"I thought Molla was outstanding. Sometimes keepers have to get points for the team and today was my time.

"Many players did great, we have our quality. We have injuries, so we have to change and need to get the confidence back and play a different way which we did today."

5:10 PM

That winning feeling!

Abdoulaye Doucouré celebrates Watford's second -  the winner 🙌

4:55 PM

Get. In. There.

Watford didn't half show their steel here. A goal behind, they fought hard to earn their 2-1 lead and even harder to keep it as Leicester threw everything at them.

Mahrez' headed opener was cancelled out by full debutant Molla Wague on the stroke of half-time, before Abdoulaye Doucouré forced the ball over the line from a tight angle for 2-1 after the break.

Slimani and Morgan both went close but Heurelho Gomes was the hero as he guarded the Rookery goal until the death. That feels like a huge win. Roll on Swansea.

Double change for the Foxes

4:24 PM - 65 MIN

GOOOOALLLLLLL!

Cleverley's free-kick floats all the way to the back post and it's that man Doucoure again.

The Frenchman side-foots the ball back towards goal and it creeps underneath Schmeichel and over the line. Goal-line technology to the rescue! Get in! 2-1.

Honours even

3:49 PM - 45 MIN

HALF-TIME: Watford 1-1 Leicester City

End to end stuff right before the break!

The game came alive from the moment Riyadh Mahrez scored in the 37th minute. The Algerian headed in past Heurelho Gomes to put the visitors in front, but that only served to spur on the Hornets as they drove forward with even more determination to go in level - or better - at the break.

Richarlison had a glorious chance just minutes later to put the Golden Boys back on terms, but skewed his effort into the side-netting after rounding Kasper Schmeichel.

With Roberto Pereyra forced off with an assumed knock, Stefano Okaka came on and helped the home side get forward with greater purpose.

But it was Molla Wagué, on his first start for Watford, who brought the Golden Boys back into the game, turning the ball into the back of the net from close range following a Tom Cleverley corner.

Watford then could have completed a first-half turnaround as Richarlison hit the post with venom after neat play from Okaka and Cleverley set the Brazilian up one-on-one at a tight angle.

It's all square again as we look forward to the second half.

3:48 PM - 45 MIN

Oh so close!

What a move from the Hornets, who've got their tales well and truly up now.

Okaka flicks the ball to Cleverly who feints to shoot before finding Richarlison on the left. The Brazilian is quick to react and powers onto the base of the post. And there's half-time. Watford didn't want it to end.

3:45 PM - 45 MIN

Lucky 13! We're level!

Not a bad way to mark your full debut! Tom Cleverley's overhead kick is blocked but falls to Molla Wague at the far-post and the defender smashes it in off Schmeichel.

Yellow card
Dragović

Dragović is booked for pulling Pereyra down just outside the Foxes' penalty area.

3:26 PM - 26 MIN

Vardy should score

You expect better from the England man. Vardy curves his run beautifully and in trying to chip Gomes one-on-one, strokes the ball into the side-netting. Leicester fans thought it was in.

3:20 PM

Snapshot

Jamie Vardy and Christian Kabasele look as though they are really straining to reach the ball in the opening exchanges.

3:20 PM - 20 MIN

Watford respond!

Carrillo burns past Chilwell and crosses for Pereyra - his goal-bound flick is blocked.

3:18 PM - 18 MIN

First chance Foxes

Gomes tips Okazaki's likely crossbar-bound header over to be safe. Leicester turning the heat up just a notch here.

3:12 PM - 12 MIN

Yellow card
Kabasele

Kabasele goes into the book for a late challenge on Okazaki, who may or may not have jumped over the Belgian's tackle, but it looked a foul anyway.

3:07 PM - 7 MIN

Yellow card
Watson

Precedent says referee Christ Kavanagh has to book Watson for his foul on Albrighton. It was identical to Maguire's challenge on Richarlison just a couple of minutes ago.

3:05 PM - 5 MIN

Solid start

The Hornets are competing well and have created a couple of half openings. Decent response thus far from Marco Silva's men.

3:02 PM - 3 MIN

Yellow card
Maguire

Maguire falls foul of Richarlison's turn of pace by the halfway line, cynically taking him out as he turned and burst forward.

“We must focus” - Silva

Watford Head Coach Marco Silva gave Sky Sports his thoughts ahead of this afternoon's Boxing Day fixture against Leicester:

"We need to give a different answer this afternoon. We are playing against a good team, but we must focus on our own performance.

"We need to show the desire to win - a big attitude with big commitment.

"These are all the things we have showed this season. This is what we must show today."

2:10 PM

“We can do it” - Carrillo

Peruvian winger André Carrillo has been speaking to Sky Sports ahead of kick-off:

"We will do our best to get the three points today for our fans and our families.

"We can do it, we have been training hard for this.

"We know that they have a very good team with great players, but we have to go out on the pitch and do what the manager has told us and try to get the three points."

2:00 PM

Cleverley is flanked by Roberto Pereyra and Andre Carrillo with Richarlison leading the line.

Leicester are forced to mix things up with injury to Danny Simpson and suspension for Daniel Amartey. Aleksander Dragovic comes into the side.

Tom Cleverley first joined Watford on loan from Manchester United in 2009, but did you know his first taste of football outside of Old Trafford was at Leicester?

He made 15 appearances and scored two goals for the Foxes...hopefully he can score against his old side this afternoon!
