I would like to book a space in the Sensory Room
Sensory Room places are available to children aged 5-16.
Places in the room are subject to provision of paperwork confirming an official diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder for your child. This can be in the form of a letter from school, or from a consultant or doctor. We only ask this so that we are able to ensure that places in the room go to those who need them, as a result of the high demand.
Each child is welcome to bring two adults, or one adult and one sibling along. Subject to availability, additional family members may be welcome to join you.
You will also need to create a FAN ID for your child and anyone else you wish to bring, if not already done.
Please log on to www.eticketing.co.uk/watfordfc and click on ‘sign in’ followed by ‘create an online account now’ where you will be able to create the FAN ID numbers.
To take a virtual tour of the Sensory Room, please click on the links below.
Please email simona.rakovic-irish@watfordfc.com including your confirmation of diagnosis and FAN ID numbers to book a space.

A family member who is a fan of the club has passed away, who should I contact at the club?
We understand that, for many families in times of grief, contacting the club won't be a priority so would wish to re-assure that there is no rush to let us know.
As and when you feel it's appropriate please contact Dave Newman, the club's Supporter Services Manager, who can advise on options for paying tribute to your loved ones, as well as discussing ticketing queries related to the supporter who has passed away.

If you are a friend of the supporter who has passed, please note that we respect the fact many families prefer privacy at times of grief and can only act when in contact with a direct family member. Please feel free to pass these details on.
