Watford FC’s Community Sports and Education Trust are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed delivery staff to join our team and help support and deliver a high-quality enterprise provision across Hertfordshire and the London boroughs of Harrow and Hillingdon including curriculum and after school sessions in term time.

The applicants will need have a flexible approach to work, with evening and weekend projects a possibility. This position is for a casual worker, with hours varying according to sessions. The role will involve supporting the delivery of our Premier League Enterprise programme, National Citizen Service and other new hybrid projects.

Desirables

  • Grade A*-C in GCSE English and maths
  • Any other relevant teaching or youth related certificates/qualifications
  • Hold a valid recognized Safeguarding Children Workshop and Emergency First Aid certificate
  • Hold a clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work during the school day, evenings and weekends 
  • Experience of working with young people 
  • Have an innovative approach to education and teaching
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting 
  • Previous experience of working with challenging behaviour

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of planning and delivering high quality sessions within a safe learning environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge and experience of working within a school/youth group environment
  • Knowledge and experience of working with community initiatives
  • Knowledge and experience of monitoring and evaluation
  • Experience of working with young people with special educational needs

Away Tickets | Newcastle Prices & Sales Info

All tickets for Watford's trip to Newcastle United (Saturday November 25, 3pm KO) have now sold out.

The Hornets were given a total allocation of approximately 2,200 tickets for the Premier League visit to St James' Park.

Official club coach travel has also sold out.

Any ticketing enquiries on the day of the game, specific to the Newcastle matchday only, should be directed to 07593 730053 between 10am and 3.15pm.

TICKET PRICES

Watford FC are pleased to announce that a reciprocal ticket pricing arrangement to benefit both sets of supporters has been agreed with Newcastle United - click HERE for more information.

Adults: £25
Senior (Over-65) / full-time student: £17
Under-18: £11

Wheelchair and ambulant disabled tickets are £13 for all ages, with a carer if required free of charge.

In accordance with our safeguarding policy, children under 13 years of age cannot purchase a ticket without an accompanying adult.

Official club coaches: £10. Departs from Greenhill Crescent at 6.30am, with a Milton Keynes pick-up at approx. 7am. 

Under-18s attending any away game and/or travelling on official club coaches unsupervised MUST ensure an UNDER-18 AWAY FIXTURE CONSENT FORM is signed by a parent or guardian and returned to the Ticket Office (either in-person, by emailing ticket.office@watfordfc.com or by post to Watford FC Ticket Office, Vicarage Road Stadium, Watford, Herts, WD18 0ER) before the day of the game.

- Non-ST holders 2017/18 with 10 or more away match ticket purchases under Fan ID record since July 2014
