Wycombe take Under-23 striker on loan

Jakubiak Joins Chairboys

Young striker Alex Jakubiak has agreed to join Wycombe Wanderers on loan until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old, who signed a new four-year deal with Watford at the start of this season, will join up with Gareth Ainsworth’s League 2 promotion hopefuls for the remainder of the 2016/17 campaign.

Jakubiak spent the first half of this season on loan at Fleetwood Town, where he scored once in two starts and three substitute appearances.

He has also previously spent time on loan with Dagenham & Redbridge, Oxford United and Braintree Town.
