All incoming emails are read personally and logged by our Reception team, before being forwarded within the same working day - and usually upon immediate receipt - to the most appropriate colleague for their response.

The opportunity to be a home matchday mascot is available to all Junior Hornets aged between 5-12. Mascot invitees for home fixtures are selected from a random ballot of applicants.

Junior Hornets wanting to be considered as a mascot should enter the ballot via the online form found HERE, along with further details.

Away mascots tend to be arranged on a reciprocal basis. Where an away mascot package is available to us, a randomly selected Junior Hornets member - with a match ticket purchase for the relevant away game - is offered the opportunity the week before the fixture.

The Junior Hornets is open to all supporters aged under 16, and is free to join. Click HERE to register.

Sensory Room places are available to children aged 5-16.

Places in the room are subject to provision of paperwork confirming an official diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder for your child. This can be in the form of a letter from school, or from a consultant or doctor. We only ask this so that we are able to ensure that places in the room go to those who need them, as a result of the high demand.

We understand that many families can be on long waiting lists for ASD referrals, however an official diagnosis is a necessary requirement to ensure our hosts are able to provide appropriate care for all children in the Sensory Room.

Each child is welcome to bring two adults, or one adult and one sibling along. Subject to availability, additional family members may be welcome to join you.

You will also need to create a Fan ID for your child and anyone else attending. These can be created online HERE.

To take a virtual tour of the Sensory Room, please click on the links below.
