Coach’s Away Fans Thanks

Nearly 1,000 Hornets’ fans will make the last long-distance trip of Premier League season 2016/17 – and Head Coach Walter Mazzarri will pay for the first drink of the evening as Watford supporters enter Goodison Park Stadium.

Travelling Golden Boys’ followers will be provided with a voucher for a free drink by Watford FC stewards and staff as they approach the Goodison turnstiles this evening.

“It is something from me to say ‘thank you’ for supporting the team around the country all of this season,” said Mazzarri, of the gesture.

“The fans have been good to us and we must continue to try and earn their respect for these last three games.”
