Click HERE to download a step-by-step guide to purchasing online at watfordfctickets.co.uk - the easiest way to buy.

PLEASE find below all the basic information that we trust will make buying tickets from the Hornets as simple as possible.

Watford's Matchday Ticket Office is located underneath the Rookery Stand at Vicarage Road Stadium. Personal callers are welcome from 9am for both Saturday home matchdays and for midweek home matchdays. The Matchday Ticket Office remains open after full-time for a short time.

From 9.30am to 5.30pm during the week (9am to 5pm during the close-season) and every Saturday, when there isn't a Watford home match, the place to buy home & away match tickets in person is at The Hornets Shop - located on Vicarage Road.

You can also purchase tickets online by visiting watfordfctickets.co.uk. Once a Fan ID is created, tickets can be printed off at home once purchased - taking the hassle out of your Hornets' home matchday.

For ticket information and bookings, the Ticket Office can be contacted via telephone on 01923 223023 from 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday during the season and from 9am - 5pm during the close-season.

MATCH TICKET SALES
To help all current and would-be Watford fans access home, away and 'big-game' tickets in the future, the club's Ticket Office team will insist on allocating each ticket bought to a unique Fan ID from now on. This practise is also reflected for online sales via watfordfctickets.co.uk

To this end, an online account set-up guide has been produced which can be downloaded by clicking HERE.

Booking fee charges apply (per ticket): online 50p, phone £1.00.

Paying on the day at away games:
Whilst it is possible, at most Championship venues, to obtain entry on the day of the game either via ticket purchase at the stadium or cash paid at a turnstile, please note that Watford FC is unable to add a record of these to supporters’ Fan ID transaction history.

Only tickets bought through Watford FC’s Ticket Office – whether online, on the phone or in person – will be recorded against a Fan ID record.

Ticket stubs can be kept where issued, but they will be regarded as secondary in terms of priority to any pre-purchased tickets.

For the 2013/2014 season, the Hornets are launching a ‘Say No To No-Shows’ campaign to ensure there’s as many fans as possible within Vicarage Road to support the team.

And what’s more, it is all for a good cause as two organisations who support the local area will benefit from the cash!

Typically, 20 per cent of Hornets’ season ticket holders do not attend each match at Vicarage Road, with over 11,700 loyal supporters signing up for 13/14 the club would appreciate any help supporters can give to filling the ground, while backing two great charities.

Towards the end of last season, the club successfully trialled the re-sale of seats during a dramatic finish to the campaign.

Now the club’s re-sale arrangement is set to benefit two registered charities well-known for their valuable work within Watford; The Peace Hospice and Watford FC’s Community Sports & Education Trust.

Season ticket holders unable to attend a home match should e-mail ticket.office@watfordfc.com with their name, Fan ID and seat details. The seats will then be released, and the profit on re-sale will be split evenly between The Peace Hospice and the club’s Community Trust.
