FIRST TEAM COACH: DAVID KERSLAKE
DAVID Kerslake has enjoyed success as a player and a coach during his professional career, playing at QPR, Leeds, Spurs and Swindon. He has 29 international England Youth caps.
Kerslake made his debut for Queens Park Rangers against Newcastle United in April 1985. He went on to play 58 league games for Rangers, scoring six goals.
He was transferred to Swindon Town in November 1989.
Kerslake moved on to Leeds United for only six months and eight appearances before Tottenham Hotspur came calling.
After four years with the London outift, Kerslake went out on loan to Swindon and Charlton Athletic before being released and signings for Ipswich Town in 1997.
The former defender spent a season at Ipswich and during his time there he went out on loan to Wycombe Wanderers.
Kerslake moved back to the West Country to finish his career as a professional footballer at Swindon Town.
He later moved into coaching, working alongside former Swindon team mate Colin Calderwood at Northampton Town and Nottingham Forest.
Kerslake left Forest along with Calderwood in December 2008 before being selected by Mackay as First Team Coach at Watford in the summer of 2009.
