Football Operations Manager: Iain Moody
As Football Operations Manager Iain Moody is detailed with the smooth running of the Football Department and its administration on a day-to-day basis, co-ordinating all football-related activities undertaken by Watford Football Club.
First Team Coach: Martin Hunter
Martin Hunter joined the Hornets from Norwich City in the summer of 2007, having previously worked with The Football Association and a variety of professional clubs. Martin is focused on supporting the First Team Manager, Aidy Boothroyd, in his coaching and managerial duties.
Reserve Team Coach: Malky Mackay
Malky Mackay is a former player for Watford, having previously had spells with Celtic, Norwich City and West Ham United. The Scotsman retired from football in 2008, having made his final appearance for the Hornets in an FA Cup tie with Wolverhampton Wanderers in January 2008. Now, Mackay takes charge of Watford's reserve side, with support from Alec Chamberlain, as well as assisting both Aidy Boothroyd and Martin Hunter in their coaching of the first team.

Goalkeeper Coach: Alec Chamberlain
Alec Chamberlain is a Watford legend having played for the Hornets in well over 250 games since he moved from Sunderland in 1996. The goalkeeper enjoyed a testimonial season in 2005/06 and retired after appearing as a substitute in Watford's final Premier League fixture in 2006/07 against Newcastle United. Appointed to the coaching staff in between those dates, Alec is now solely focused on coaching Watford's goalkeeping talent and supporting Malky Mackay at reserve team fixtures.

Psychologist: Keith Mincher
Keith Mincher is the first team's resident psychologist and is an integral part of Aidy Boothroyd's backroom staff. Keith has experience of working at several professional clubs and is a fully qualified football coach in his own right having coached and managed extensively at Academy level.
Head of Player Recruitment: John Stephenson
John Stephenson joined Watford Football Club in 2008 having previously worked for Reading and Celtic Football Club. John heads up the Hornets' Recruitment Department with responsibility for all of Watford's network of regional, national and international scouts. This work includes the identification of players to feed into Watford recognised Academy set-up, as well as supporting the aspirations of the First Team Manager, Aidy Boothroyd.
Head of Medical: Andy Rolls
Andy Rolls joined Watford Football Club from Chelsea, where he made his 'run-on debut' as physio in the Champions League. Andy heads up a team of physiotherapists, ably assisted by both Richard Collinge and Darren Glenister. Andy's team's focus during the week is on the pre-hab of all players on a daily basis - a programme so known because it is designed to avoid injuries on a pro-active basis. His team also assess, treat and rehabilitate all injured members of the football staff.
Head of Conditioning: Martyn Pert
Martyn Pert is an important part of Aidy Boothroyd's staff, with responsibility for the diet, nutrition, hydration, fitness training and conditioning of the playing staff to a high level. Martyn's job involves analysis of the condition of players and features regular testing of player's blood and urine to establish their health and wellbeing, before, during and after training and games.
Chief Performance Analyst: Neil McIlhargey
Neil McIlhargey provides detailed statistical analysis to the coaching staff on a daily basis relating to both training and match action. These statistics provide the basis for effective coaching and detail any potential weaknesses in an individual's or team's play. Neil meticulously codes and analyses games and can provide analysis as soon as the final whistle goes.
Kit Manager: Bob Oteng
Kit Manager Bob Oteng is responsible for the training kit and match kit for all members of the football staff. On a matchday he and his assistant Will Jones are also responsible for the dressing rooms and all associated equipment for use by the various teams that Watford field.
