Watford Leisure plc Director: Andrew Wilson

Andrew Wilson, aged 48, joined the Board of Watford as a non-executive director in December 2002.

He is a chairman of London Town plc and non-executive director of Wraith plc, CSG plc and Southern Cross Holdings Limited.

Chief Executive Officer: Mark Ashton

Mark Ashton, aged 36, joined Watford Football Club in June 2004 following a long career in the football industry.

After a spell away from the industry, the former professional footballer returned to the game with West Bromwich Albion.

Following a variety of Executive roles at The Hawthorns, Mark eventually held responsibility for academy, trust, stadium redevelopment and commercial operations before leaving to join Watford Football Club as Chief Executive Officer.

In that role and as a plc director at Vicarage Road Mark has led the club to significant progress, both on and off the pitch.
