Watford FC Chairman Graham Taylor

Graham Taylor (Chairman & Non-Executive Director)
Graham Taylor, who is 66, joined the Board as a non-executive director on 22nd January 2009 and was formerly the manager of the Watford Football Club during the period from 1977 to 1987 and summer 1997 to May 2001, together with a significant involvement in international football. Graham was officially appointed Watford Chairman on 4 January 2010.

David Fransen, Watford FC Non-Executive Director

David Fransen (Non-Executive Director)
David Fransen, who is 53, joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 13th March 2009. He was brought up in the Northwood area, and is a long time Watford fan, having first watched a game in the late 60's from the old Shrodell's stand. He is a senior executive of a global energy trading firm.

Professor Stuart Timperley (Non-Executive Director)
Professor Stuart Timperley, who is 67, joined the Board as a non-executive director on 22nd January 2009. He is a founder and director of Stuart Timperley Associates, a company which advises organisations on strategy and capability issues and conducts board and leadership assessments.

He is a former director and chairman of Watford Football Club and a number of other companies - and more recently chairman of Arts Council England in the East, a major funder of Watford Palace Theatre.
