GOALKEEPER Jonathan Bond, capped by Wales at both Under-17 and Under-19 level, earned himself a place in the full Wales squad with some impressive performances for Watford in the Academy and reserve teams.
Having taken a place on the first-team bench more than once in 2010-11, covering for injury to second-choice keeper Rene Gilmartin, Bond finally made his debut when replacing the red-carded Scott Loach during the second half at Portsmouth's Fratton Park on January 2, 2012.
Emerging from the Hornets' Academy, Bond is highly regarded by his coach Alec Chamberlain, and has had senior football experience under his belt in 2011-12 with loan spells at Brackley Town and Forest Green Rovers.
