ROB Kiernan is another product of the Hornets' much respect Academy.
He made his first team debut in the FA Cup fourth round victory over Crystal Palace at Vicarage Road in January 2009.
The Watford-born defender signed a professional deal with the Golden Boys in October 2008, along with Ross Jenkins and Billy Gibson.
Up until the 2008/09 season, Kiernan had played in the heart of Watford's midfield for the various age groups he has represented, however a move back to centre half was suggested and he has fulfilled that role throughout this season.
Kiernan is a true product of the club's pioneering Academy, having been at the club since the age of nine and having progressed up through the ranks.
The central defender has capped an impressive season by being called up by the Republic of Ireland under 19s squad.
