LANSBURY joined the Golden Boys on loan in August 2009.
The midfielder is a current member of England's successful U19 squad.
The 19-year-old is a long-serving Arsenal player who has progressed through their Academy.
The tenacious midfielder made his first-team debut for the Gunners against Sheffield United in the Carling Cup in October 2007.
He spent the end of last season on loan at then League One outfit Scunthorpe United - and played a part in getting promotion for Nigel Adkins' side.
Enfield-born Lansbury has been handed squad number 5 for the Hornets.
He made his debut for the Hornets as a substitute in Watford's 2-2 home draw with Blackpool on Saturday 22 August.
