HORNETS goalkeeper Scott Loach has been called up to the senior England squad this morning (Thursday).
The Watford stopper received the call following Scott Carson's withdrawal after a family bereavement.
England face a UEFA Euro 2012 double-header against Bulgaria on Friday (3 September) and Switzerland next Tuesday (7 September) at the start of their Euro 2012 qualifying campaign.
Loach has been promoted from the U21 squad for the second time after appearing on the bench for last month's friendly at Wembley against Hungary.
