Posted on: Wed 01 Sep 2010

MIDFIELDER Scott Severin has joined Scottish Cup 2010 winners Dundee United on a free transfer.

The Scot made just six starts in 11 appearances for the Hornets, with his only goal coming in extra-time during last season's Carling Cup first round victory at Barnet.

He moves back to his native Scotland on a permanent basis - after a loan spell at Kilmarnock last term - to join the club who finished third in the SPL last season and competed in this year's UEFA Cup competition.

Everyone at Vicarage Road wishes Scott well for his future career.
