JUST 14 minutes into the first game of the season, John Eustuce secured his place in history as the first ever goal scorer in the new npower Football League. 

With Watford kicking off the new Football League season with their game against Norwich last Friday night, the Hornets' skipper not only scored the first of Watford's campaign but also of the whole of the npower Football League.

Watford fans at Carrow Road welcomed Eustuce with open arms as he ran to his supporters in celebration.
