SEASON ticket holders who renewed their seats for the new 2010/11 season are invited to contact the Ticket Office by phone on 0844 856 1881 from Monday (12 July) next week at 10am should they wish to try and relocate their existing seats for next season. 

The Ticket Office has now completed the processing of all the applications received and have also conducted a survey of those who didn't take up their option for next year and are now releasing the seats that weren't renewed.

Before these seats are allocated to the new season ticket holder applications received, we would like to offer the chance for existing season ticket holders to relocate should they wish to do so.

2009/10 season ticket holders have first choice on these released seats up until Tuesday 20 July at 5pm.

We would like to stress at this point that the seats that have become available are generally towards the edges and front in the stands with limited availability near the centre.

Due to the ongoing office building works and East Stand roof removal at the stadium, it is not possible to view the new locations in person, however our Ticket Office team will be very happy to discuss in detail the location of any available seats.

Season tickets holders who were moved from the centre of the Upper Rous three seasons ago have been put into a ballot over the last few days for any seats that have become available more centrally, those who have been successful are being contacted by the staff in the Ticket Office to see if they would like to take up their new seat options.

This means that only a limited number of seats situated on the very edges of the Upper Rous are available for other supporters wishing to upgrade to this area.

There is a movement charge of £10 per seat. Family groups will be charged at £10 per transaction. (Please note that seat movements are only available by phone).
