TALENTED youngster Michael Bryan has been called up to the senior Northern Ireland squad for the first time for their friendlies against Turkey and Chile later this month.
The winger has largely impressed in the reserves this campaign and was handed his full first team debut for Malky Mackay's side on the last day of the season in the Golden Boys' 4-0 win over Coventry at the Ricoh Arena.
In total, Bryan made six substitute appearances for the 'Orns alongside his start against The Sky Blues.
Bryan joins only three other Championship players in Nigel Worthington's squad for the two matches, after having several successful appearances for the international youth teams.
Northern Ireland will face Turkey on Wednesday 26 May at the Veterans Stadium in the USA and Chile at the Estadioi Municipal de Chillan four days later, as the South American team prepare for the World Cup in South Africa this summer.

American Jay DeMerit will also hope to be involved with his home nation as the USA prepare for this year's World Cup in South Africa.
The defender has been included in the USA's provisional 30 man squad, the final 23 man team will be announced by manager Bob Bradley on 1 June.
The American had a great summer last year in the Confederations Cup and he has managed to recover from his serious eye injury he picked up in 2009.
Towards the end of the season, the central defender missed Watford's run-in due to an abdominal injury, but he will join up with his international colleagues on 15 May.
Alongside the Watford defender are six players who play in the English football leagues; Brad Guzan (Aston Villa), Tim Howard (Everton), Marcus Hahnemann (Wolverhampton) , Jonathan Spector (West Ham United), Clint Dempsey (Fulham) and Stuart Holden (Bolton).
