TONIGHT (2 February) the club will be observing a minute's silence ahead of the game with Sheffield United in respect of the passing away of former Watford FC Ground Manager Les Simmons.

Les passed away on 30 December after a long illness.

He worked for the club for more than 50 years and was awarded a testimonial game against Arsenal in recognition for his fantastic services to the club.

The tribute had been due to take place at the previous two home matches but these were both postponed.
