YOUNG defender Rob Kiernan has today (Monday) signed a new contract with Watford until June 2011.
The 19-year-old commits his future to Vicarage Road after continuing to impress the coaching staff.
Kiernan has progressed through the ranks in WD18 and is a popular graduate from the club's Academy.
Originally a central midfield player, Kiernan was switched to centre half during his time as a scholar.
He made his debut for the first-team in January 2009 against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup.
