STRIKER Marvin Sordell has today (Monday) finalised a one month loan move to Tranmere Rovers.

The League One outfit have moved to sign the promising front man on loan to boost their options as they fight for survival.

Sordell is a first-year pro with the Hornets after signing a professional contract in April 2009.

The 18-year-old played a large part in Watford's first month of the season as he made one start and three substitute appearances.

He grabbed his first senior goal for the Hornets when he struck at Elland Road against Leeds United in the Carling Cup to take the tie into extra time.
