HIGHLY-RATED midfielder Henri Lansbury will extend his stay with Watford after he signed on loan until the end of the season.
His loan spell from Arsenal had been due to expire today (31 December) but the Hornets have negotiated with the Gunners for the youngster to continue his stay with the club until May.
The 19-year-old signed for the Golden Boys in August and to date has appeared 20 times, scoring two goals in the process.
Lansbury quickly settled into life and training at Vicarage Road and has built up a great partnership with his fellow midfielders.
He grabbed the headlines in October for a starring role in Watford's win over Sheffield Wednesday at Vicarage Road, when he found the back of the net twice.
Since he's been in WD18 the Enfield-born midfielder has been capped for Stuart Pearce's England Under 21 side.
As part of his loan agreement Lansbury is eligible to play in the FA Cup for the Golden Boys.
