AINSWORTH BACK TO THE BULLS
LIONEL Ainsworth is set to rejoin Hereford United on loan, almost a year to the day since his move from Edgar Street to Vicarage Road.
The 21-year old winger is heading to the League One club this afternoon to finalise an initial month-long loan deal that will see the Hornets unable to recall the player within the first 28 days of the agreement.
The former Derby trainee has struggled to hold down a first team place at Watford since the transfer, starting just eight league and cup games in total, and failing to register a goal in that time.
Ainsworth will join fellow Watford loanee Moses Ashikodi, and the move strengthens recent links with the Bulls that has also seen the likes of Toumani Diagouraga and Theo Robinson move to Graham Turner's club, with Diagouraga since making his switch permanent.
Hereford currently sit in 22nd place in the League One table, three points adrift of safety.
